Refund Policy

At KingOfDiscountsOnline.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

We do not offer store credits or exchanges — refunds only.

Eligibility:
– The item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.  
– Ear tips must be unused or sealed for hygiene reasons.  
– Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

How to start a return:
1. Contact us at support@kingofdiscountsonline.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.  
3. Ship the product to our return center with the RMA label.

Refunds:
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.  
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.  
– Returned products are not resold; they are responsibly disposed of or recycled.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days at support@kingofdiscountsonline.com with photos or a short video, and we’ll issue a full refund.
